      <image:title>Home - Hi, I’m Michael</image:title>
<image:caption>I work in the substance use treatment industry and I am also a person in long-term recovery. I understand the commitment and support necessary to successfully navigate the challenging path of early sobriety. I am able to draw on both my personal experience as well as my diverse educational background when working with individuals in recovery and their loved-ones. My passion lies in working with individuals and families struggling to find stability in their lives. I enjoy helping people to rediscover their passion for life by mentoring them on their healing path. I believe we all can continue to grow when given the right tools and support to do so.</image:caption>

      <image:title>Home - Intervention Services</image:title>
<image:caption>Interventions are a deeply personal process, and every family’s journey is unique. My role is to walk alongside families in crisis, helping guide their loved one toward the treatment and healing they need. I am especially skilled in working with treatment-resistant clients, meeting them with patience, compassion, and respect no matter where they are on their path. It is just as important that family members receive the support and education they need during this process. An intervention is not only about helping the person in crisis—it is also about strengthening the family system, creating understanding, and reducing shame or blame. My approach is rooted in love, patience, and nonjudgment, creating a safe space for everyone involved to move forward together. I have had the privilege of working with many clients before they were fully ready to make changes. Because of the trust we build over time, when that readiness comes, I am able to help guide them into the appropriate level of care—whether that be residential treatment, outpatient support, or other services that fit their unique needs.</image:caption>

      <image:title>Home - Recovery Mentoring</image:title>
<image:caption>A Recovery Mentor provides support for people working to overcome destructive behaviors that no longer serve them. The mentor supports others in making healthy decisions while they navigate the world of early recovery. A recovery mentor helps provide a bridge during the difficult transition between treatment and the real world. Often times, a loved-one may utilize a recovery mentor to intervene and help navigate treatment options to determine the best course of action. Recovery is about so much more than just abstaining from drugs and alcohol. It is a process of replacing old damaging behaviors with new daily practices meant to help us remember who we really are. This healing work allows us to explore our passions, create deep relationships and find peace of mind. It is designed to help us create a life of deep meaning and purpose. In our work together, sessions are designed to help you navigate early recovery and avoid common pitfalls that may threaten your sobriety and wellbeing. This process begins by working together to create a comprehensive recovery plan that will help you navigate early recovery and ensure you are taking advantage of the many different support systems that are available to you. We will also utilize mindfulness practices and shamanic drumming to help you explore the reasons you used drugs and alcohol in the first place. These practices help us to better understand the things that continue to create difficulty in our lives while also creating a safe space to do healing around them. We will work together to create life-long practices that will allow you to better understand yourself and create a life filled with deep connections, joy and inner-peace.</image:caption>

      <image:title>Home - Case Management</image:title>
<image:caption>Case management is an extremely important facet of early recovery support as it identifies areas of need and matches the appropriate level of services. Over the course of my career, I have become very familiar with the multitude of services that are available for individuals in recovery. My extensive experience working in substance use treatment allows me to help both families and individuals navigate the world of recovery services. Much of our time together will focus on ensuring that you or your loved one is set up with a comprehensive recovery plan that includes all of the services that will be supportive to you on your healing path.</image:caption>
